I also felt I could solve all those problems easily, not a big issue with whatever came my way! I was a really pleasant awesome feeling-I did not want to come out of meditation for another 2 hours. I had to focus on my heart otherwise it would dissipate slowly. The important think I noticed is I had this buzzing sensation going down from my heart through my legs and later as I continued it went down my arms too. Absolutely worth it because now I can face all those issues and feel more confident to handle it. I meditated for 40 minutes going nowhere, then I turned on this app and started really focusing on my heart chakra and breathing and in 20 minutes I feel so calm and centered. Today my thoughts were all over the place because I have big meetings coming up. I have been meditating for several months 1 hour per day with crystals and moldavite.
